ISCIII spaces

The Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) stands in historical gardens and has a variety of attractive areas suitable for staging events.

The rooms and halls available for hire are located in the two Campus's of the ISCIII: Chamartín (Avenida Monforte de Lemos, 5 - Madrid) and Majadahonda (Carretera de Majadahonda-Pozuelo, km.2 - Majadahonda).

The areas are halls and classrooms of various sizes and fitted with different types of equipment. They are available for use and hire by companies, organisations and public or private government institutions.

The hire of the halls and classrooms at the ISCIII follows certain criteria in order to authorise the staging of events, such as:

  1. Type of event. These must be scientific or technological events, aimed at training or the promotion of scientific research activities, preferably, but not exclusively, in the area of health sciences and technologies.
  2. Organisers. Organisers must belong to the National Health System or the Science, Technology and Innovation System, or have relations with the same.
  3. Institutional strategy. All events staged must be in line with the mission, values and activities of the ISCIII and the Ministries to which it is ascribed (MINECO and MSSSI).

In the application form, that appears in the footnote, a chart is included with the list of existing spaces, specifications and rental price.

The price of hire includes the use of the space and the available equipment, and assistance from the ISCIII IT staff (preparation of the equipment and assistance in the event of technical problems).
