Network of offices in Autonomous Communities

A network of contact points with Autonomous Communities has been created through the European Projects Office to foster participation in the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).

This network meets regularly to identify the needs and problems of researchers in the National Health System and to jointly establish priorities and strategies.

National Contact Points of FP7

In all EU Member States, in countries associated with FP7 and in other third/non-EU countries, National Contact Points (NCP) have been established to provide personal advice and assistance to researchers and organisations that wish to participate in the Seventh Framework Programme.

The role of the NCP is to let researchers know what part of FP7 would be of interest to them and subsequently help them prepare their application for participation. With the support of the NCP, it is easier for a researcher to process all the necessary documentation.

The Instituto de Salud Carlos III serves as NCP for FP7 in three sections: the Health programme, Legal and Financial, and the specific programme Ideas. It is also coordinator of the thematic network of National Contact Points for the Health programme.
